Start from the nose and roll outward towards the ears. Repeat this motion 3-5 times on each cheek. Then, move the roller along your jawline, rolling from the center of your chin towards your ears. You can focus more on areas with tension or puffiness, or spend extra time on areas with fine lines or wrinkles.Once you`ve massaged all desired areas, take a moment to relax and enjoy the soothing sensation. Breathe deeply and allow the benefits of the massage to settle in.
